Day 3 – Departure

TERMS & CONDITIONS – LABUAN BAJO 2 Can Go

1. General Terms

• The Labuan Bajo Open Trip is a shared group tour consisting of participants from various regions.
• Reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
• To secure a seat, participants are required to pay a Down Payment (DP) according to the applicable package.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after the DP has been received by the organizer.
• Participants who have not paid the DP may lose their reservation to other participants.
• Full payment must be completed by the specified deadline. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. Participant Information

• Participants must provide the following information:
  • Full name (as stated on their official ID)
  • Active phone number
  • A copy of a valid ID (if required)
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted personal information is accurate.

3. Package Price

• The package price is based on the rate valid at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the DP has been received.
• Once the DP has been confirmed, the package price is guaranteed unless additional charges arise due to government regulations or third-party service providers (such as entrance fees or boat operator charges).

4. Payment Terms

• A Down Payment (DP) is required upon registration.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed.
• Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment at the time of reservation.

5. Cancellation Policy

• The Down Payment (DP) is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after full payment may be subject to cancellation fees based on expenses already incurred.
• Participants may transfer their booking to another person with prior notice, subject to availability and operational requirements.

6. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, government regulations, or other operational reasons related to safety.
• If changes are necessary, the organizer will provide the best possible alternative without reducing the overall quality of the trip.

7. Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be held responsible for any losses, delays, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Bad weather or high waves
• Natural disasters
• Closure of tourist attractions
• Transportation delays or cancellations
• Government regulations or local authority policies

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by the tour leader and crew throughout the trip.
• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
• The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos taken during the trip may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes without prior notice.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the tour leader before the trip begins.

10. Agreement

By paying the Down Payment (DP) or completing the full payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
