Terms and Conditions for the Bali, Indonesia Trip
1. Registration and Payment
Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost within 7 days of confirmation.
Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to departure.

The trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transportation, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
2. Price and Inclusions
Trip prices are calculated per person based on twin-sharing or triple-occupancy rooms. A single supplement fee applies for single rooms.
The price does not include: flight tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.), optional activities, souvenir shopping, or tips for guides and drivers.
Price adjustments may occur at any time due to changes in airfares or taxes, without prior notice.
3. Travel Documents
Participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date.
The organizer is not liable for any travel failure resulting from incomplete or invalid documents.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation by the participant:
In the event of a unilateral cancellation by the participant, any payments made will be forfeited.
Cancellation by the organizer:
If cancellation occurs due to *force majeure* (natural disasters, civil unrest, or government policies), the trip will be rescheduled.
5. Itinerary and Changes
The itinerary is subject to change at any time due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, without diminishing the value or quality of the travel experience.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are required to comply with local regulations, follow the guide's instructions, and ensure their own personal safety. Participants are responsible for any property damage or additional costs arising from personal negligence.
The Organizer is not liable for the loss of personal belongings, injury, or illness during the trip.
7. Travel Insurance
Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellation.
The Organizer can assist with insurance recommendations, but the final decision rests with the participant.
8. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for losses, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
