Day 01 – Airport – Parapat/Samosir

Upon arrival at Kualanamu International Airport, Deli Serdang, you will meet our representative and depart for Parapat via Tebing Tinggi. The journey is approximately 150 km and takes around 4 hours, passing through rubber plantations, palm oil plantations, and local villages. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant along the way. During the journey, we will stop at Paten Shop, a popular place selling local snacks made from peanuts, known as Ting Ting, Teng Teng, Tang Tang. Upon entering Pematang Siantar, the second-largest city in North Sumatra, we will visit the Kwan Im Temple area. We will then continue our journey to Caldera Toba Nomadic Escape. Upon arrival in Parapat, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Toba. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.

Day 02 – Parapat – Samosir City Tour – Siantar – Medan

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the harbor and cross to Samosir Island by boat. Upon arrival, we will explore Samosir Island, including a visit to Tomok Village to see the ancient megalithic tomb of King Sidabutar, which is hundreds of years old, along with the legendary story of Anting Melala. We will then visit Ambarita Village to see the traditional stone tables and chairs, which were once used as a court by King Siallagan to judge enemies and prisoners of war. Afterward, you will have time to shop for local handicrafts and souvenirs. We will then transfer to the harbor and cross back to Parapat by boat. Upon arrival in Parapat, we will proceed to a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, continue the journey to Medan via Pematang Siantar. Upon arrival in Medan, enjoy some shopping at a local shopping mall, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, we will visit Ucok Durian, which is optional and at your own expense. Finally, transfer to the hotel and check in.

Day 03 – Medan City Tour – Airport

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed with the Medan City Tour, visiting Maimun Palace, the Grand Mosque of Medan, Kesawan Deli, and Graha Maria Annai Velangkanni. You will then have time to shop for Medan's famous local souvenirs, including Bika Ambon, Bolu Meranti, and Lapis Legit. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, continue the journey to Kualanamu International Airport, Deli Serdang, for your departure flight. The tour ends with wonderful memories of Lake Toba, Samosir, and Medan. Terms and Conditions – Lake Toba Indonesia Trip

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official registration form and paying a 50% deposit of the total trip cost within 7 days after confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.
• Payment must only be made by bank transfer to the official account:

• The trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transportation, and meals as stated in the itinerary.

2. Price and Inclusions

• The trip price is calculated per person based on twin-sharing or triple-sharing rooms. An additional charge applies for a single room (single supplement).
• The price does not include: flight tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.), optional activities, souvenir shopping, and tips for guides and drivers.
• Price adjustments may occur at any time due to changes in flight fares or taxes, without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents

• Participants must have a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months before the departure date.
• The organizer is not responsible for any failure or disruption of the trip caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellation by the participant:
• If the participant cancels the trip unilaterally, all payments that have been made will be considered non-refundable.
• Cancellation by the organizer:
• If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, or government policies), the trip will be rescheduled.

5. Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary may be changed at any time due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or other unforeseen situations, without reducing the value and quality of the travel experience.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must comply with local regulations, follow the instructions of the tour guide, and take responsibility for their personal safety.
• Participants are responsible for any damage to property or additional costs arising from personal negligence.
• The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or illness during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

• Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and trip cancellation.
• The organizer may assist in providing insurance recommendations, but the final decision rests with the participant.

8. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not responsible for any losses, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
