DAY 01 – Komodo Airport – Check in hotel  – sunset Tour -  Dinner

• Pick-up at Komodo Airport by the La Da’s Tour Team

• Transfer to the hotel for check-in

• Sunset tour – visit Silvia Hill to enjoy the beautiful sunset

• Dinner at a local restaurant

• Overnight stay at the hotel

• Free time

DAY 02 – LAND TOUR EXPLORE WAE REBO – NUCA MOLAS

· Breakfast at Hotel

· The road trip starts at 08:00 AM (local time).

· Travel by car from Labuan Bajo to Denge Village, approximately 4–5 hours.

· Lunch is provided during the journey, followed by preparation for trekking to Waerebo Cultural Village.

· Trekking from Denge Valley to Waerebo Village takes around 2–3 hours, depending on physical condition and endurance.

· Participants are strongly recommended to be in good physical condition.

· Upon arrival, guests will join a traditional welcoming ceremony at the village head’s house.

· Experience and observe the daily life of the local community.

· Dinner and overnight stay at Mbaru Niang, the iconic cone-shaped traditional

house of Waerebo.

DAY 03 – WAE REBO – NUCA MOLAS – LABUAN BAJO

· Breakfast with the local community.

· Explore Waerebo Village and its surroundings.

· Trek down from Waerebo to Denge Village, followed by lunch.

· After lunch, continue the journey to Nuca Molas by boat.

· Enjoy photo stops from the boat with stunning views of Nuca Molas Island.

· Explore Lowok Beach.

· Continue the trip to the Nuca Molas Lighthouse.

· Return to Labuan Bajo.

· Check in hotel

· Dinner

· Free time

DAY 04 : ONE DAY TRIP (OPEN TRIP/BY SPEEDBOAT) – EXPLORE KOMODO ISLAND

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Pick-up for a one-day trip to explore Komodo Island

• Depart by boat to the first destination: Padar Island

• Trek up Padar Island (815–820 steps) to enjoy the panoramic views from the summit and capture photos and videos

• Return to the speedboat and continue sailing to Pink Beach

• Enjoy the beauty of Pink Beach, go snorkeling, and take photos and videos against the backdrop of the pink sands

• Continue sailing to Komodo Island to see Komodo Dragons (trekking options: short route 1 hour/1–2 km, medium route 1.5 hours/2–3 km, or long route 2.5 hours/4–5 km); capture photos and videos with the Komodo Dragons

• Lunch (lunch box) on the speedboat

Sail to Manta Point to swim with manta rays

• Continue sailing to Taka Makassar for snorkeling and photos/videos against the backdrop of the sandbar amidst the Komodo waters

• sailing to Manta Point to swim with manta rays

• Sail to Siaba Island and snorkel to see sea turtles

• Return to Labuan Bajo

• Drop-off at the hotel

• Pick-up for dinner at a local restaurant

• Return to the hotel and free time

DAY 05 – Check Out Hotel – Souvenir Shop – Komodo Airport

Terms and Conditions for the Labuan Bajo, Indonesia Trip
1. Registration and Payment
Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost within 7 days of confirmation.
Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to departure.

The trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transportation, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
2. Price and Inclusions
Trip prices are calculated per person based on twin-sharing or triple-occupancy rooms. A single supplement fee applies for single rooms.
The price does not include: flight tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.), optional activities, souvenir shopping, or tips for guides and drivers.
Price adjustments may occur at any time due to changes in airfares or taxes, without prior notice.
3. Travel Documents
Participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date.
The organizer is not liable for any travel failure resulting from incomplete or invalid documents.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation by the participant:
In the event of a unilateral cancellation by the participant, any payments made will be forfeited.
Cancellation by the organizer:
If cancellation occurs due to *force majeure* (natural disasters, civil unrest, or government policies), the trip will be rescheduled.
5. Itinerary and Changes
The itinerary is subject to change at any time due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, without diminishing the value or quality of the travel experience.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are required to comply with local regulations, follow the guide's instructions, and ensure their own personal safety. Participants are responsible for any property damage or additional costs arising from personal negligence.
The Organizer is not liable for the loss of personal belongings, injury, or illness during the trip.
7. Travel Insurance
Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellation.
The Organizer can assist with insurance recommendations, but the final decision rests with the participant.
8. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for losses, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
