4D3N Sumba Island Tour Package

Day 1 :Tambolaka Airport – Ratenggaro Village – Weekuri Lake – Mandorak Beach – Hotel (L/D)

Arrival at Tambolaka Airport, you’ll be met by our driver. Then we will bring you to have lunch at the local resto. After enjoying the lunch, we will drive to Ratenggaro Village. In Ratenggaro Village, you will see how the Sumbanese (local people) live in the traditional local house here, their houses are very unique compared to other traditional villages in Indonesia. Then, you still can see the stone age of the cemetery. One more thing, most of the people on Sumba island are Christians and they still keep the oldest style of the religion. After enjoying this traditional village, we will escort you to Weekuri Lake. Weekuri/Waikuri lake is a salty lake in which the water comes out from the hole that connects to the Sumba ocean. In Weekuri lake you can swim or just play with the water here even if you can do cliff jumping into the lake, but we have to make sure that the water is deep enough. Afterward, we will drive for 5 minutes to get Mandorak beach, Mandorak beach is a small white sandy beach near Weekuri/Waikuri lake. You will be super amazed by this beach because it’s like a private beach with clear blue water and surrounded by a cliff. Even, when you are brave enough, you could jump from a cliff. After enjoying this area, we will go to Pero beach to see a wonderful sunset here. After sunset time, we will escort you to local resto for dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : Hotel – Weekacura Waterfall – Praijing Village – Wairinding Hill – Hotel (B/Lunch box/D)

Check out from the hotel after breakfast, you will head to Waikelo Sawah, a cave with a large source of water. Enjoy the view while walking towards Weekacura, a beautiful river in the midle of ricefiled where we can swim and relax. After that we will driver to Praijing VillagePraijing village is one of the traditional villages in this area that still keeps the culture very well, even though their area is surrounded by globalization. In this village, you will be welcomed by the local people here who sell some souvenirs and other local people lives their local life. lunch boxes will be served with our driver.Before we reach Waingapu town, we will stop over in Wairinding Hill for catching the sunset. A lot of spots where you can capture the best view into these hills are amazing. You will be looking at green (it changes to be yellow dried during dry season) and endless hills. Sit down during the sunset for a while in the grass and enjoy the moment here. Dinner at local resto and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Hotel – Waimarang Waterfall – Savana Puru Kambera – Walakiri Beach – Hotel (B/Lunch box/D)

Breakast at hotel. Another day, another waterfall. You can spend your 3th day in Sumba by traveling to Waimarang Waterfall. When you reach the area of the waterfall, you need to walk about 1km, it’s an easy walk.The waterfall is not so high but it’s pretty, you can just swim around or relax and hear the nature surrounding. This waterfall has a natural pool of clear blue water. And rock cliffs surround the pool so that is confined and protected by the the rocks. Trees grow around this waterfall. We can swim or soak in this place while enjoying the beautiful scenery around the waterfall. Lunch boxes will served by our driver. Lunch boxes will served by our driver. After enjoying the waterfall, we will drive to Savana Purukambera. Puru Kambera Savannah becomes another interesting place to visit. You will hear the sound of the tall grass getting swept by the wind. Wild horses running around the vast savannah with beautiful sky and tall grass on the background. It’s the view you’ll see in Puru Kambera Savannah. The panorama even looks more beautiful during the hot season, as the grasses turn yellow. Somehow, it looks similar to that of Africa’s savanna.The wind blows separating the grassland makes for a perfect trip story. After spending some good time in Puru Kambera Savanna, we will visit Walakiri Beach. We will see some unique pygmy mangroves, a perfectly sandy bottom for walking and lines of coconut trees giving shelter. This beach is one of the paradisiacal place to be at sunset. Dinner and back to Hotel

Day 4 : Hotel – Waingapu Airport (B)

Breakfast will served with box, process check out from hotel and direct transfer to the Airport for flight to the next destination.

• The above rates are valid for Low Season Period only >> High Season Period: starting on 5 - 15 March 2026 & on 1 July - 31 August 2026 >> Peak Season Period: starting on 20 December 2026 - 6 January 2027
• The above rates are net and no commissionable
• The contract rate will be renewed if there is an increase in fuel rates & and entrance fees of each tourist destination that has been determined by the government
